Supplementary Provisions, Article 17Transitional Measures concerning Special Provisions on the Rate of Delinquent Charges

The provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act apply to the portion of the delinquent charge prescribed in Article 157, paragraph (1) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act that corresponds to the period on or after the item (iii) Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the portion of that delinquent charge that corresponds to the period before the item (iii) Effective Date.
