第二十六条
The provisions of Article 11 of the Special Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Special Act") do not apply to a special permanent resident prescribed in Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions who has not made an application under Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Former Alien Registration Act (excluding a person who has made an application under Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions).
第三条の規定による改正後の特例法（以下「新特例法」という。）第十一条の規定は、附則第二十九条第一項に規定する特別永住者であって、旧外国人登録法第三条第一項の規定による申請をしていないもの（附則第二十九条第一項の規定による申請をした者を除く。）には、適用しない。
