第二十五条（住居地の届出等に関する経過措置等）
The provisions of Article 10 of the Special Act do not apply to a special permanent resident prescribed in Article 30, paragraph (1) and Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding a person who has made a notification of their place of residence under Article 30, paragraph (1) or Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions).
