第四条（計画の届出等に関する経過措置）
Prior laws continue to govern the effect of the provisions of paragraph (7) of Article 88 of the pre-amendment Industrial Safety and Health Act in relation to a plan submitted by an employer before the partial effective date pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of that Article, and the validity of the suspension of commencement of the construction or order for modifying the plan issued by the Chief of the Labour Standard Inspection Offices before the partial effective date under the provisions of paragraph (7) of that Article (limited to the submission under the provisions of paragraph (1) of that Article).
