In any of the following cases, a member or liquidator of a labor and social security attorney corporation, or an officer of a labor and social security attorney's association or the Federation, is subject to punishment by a civil fine of not more than 300,000 yen:
if a registration has been neglected in violation of the provisions of a Cabinet Order under this Act;
この法律に基づく政令の規定に違反して登記をすることを怠つたとき。
if a merger has been carried out in violation of the provisions of Article 25-23-2, paragraph (2) or (5);
第二十五条の二十三の二第二項又は第五項の規定に違反して合併をしたとき。
if, in violation of the provisions of Article 941 of the Companies Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 25-23-2, paragraph (6), an investigation under that Article has not been requested;
第二十五条の二十三の二第六項において準用する会社法第九百四十一条の規定に違反して同条の調査を求めなかつたとき。
if matters that should be stated or recorded in the articles of incorporation, in the account books under Article 615, paragraph (1) of the Companies Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 25-25, paragraph (1), or in the balance sheet under Article 617, paragraph (1) or (2) of that Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 25-25, paragraph (1), have not been stated or recorded, or a false statement or record has been made;
定款又は第二十五条の二十五第一項において準用する会社法第六百十五条第一項の会計帳簿若しくは第二十五条の二十五第一項において準用する同法第六百十七条第一項若しくは第二項の貸借対照表に記載し、若しくは記録すべき事項を記載せず、若しくは記録せず、又は虚偽の記載若しくは記録をしたとき。
if, in violation of the provisions of Article 656, paragraph (1) of the Companies Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 25-25, paragraph (2), a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings has been neglected;
第二十五条の二十五第二項において準用する会社法第六百五十六条第一項の規定に違反して破産手続開始の申立てを怠つたとき。
if property has been distributed in violation of the provisions of Article 664 of the Companies Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 25-25, paragraph (2);
第二十五条の二十五第二項において準用する会社法第六百六十四条の規定に違反して財産を分配したとき。
if property has been disposed of in violation of the provisions of Article 670, paragraph (2) or (5) of the Companies Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 25-25, paragraph (2).
第二十五条の二十五第二項において準用する会社法第六百七十条第二項又は第五項の規定に違反して財産を処分したとき。
