Supplementary Provisions, Article 3, paragraph (2)
政府は、前項に定めるものを除くほか、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、新法の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, if five years have elapsed since this Act came into effect, the government is to take into consideration the status of enforcement of the new Act and, when it finds it necessary, is to review the provisions of the new Act and take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
