前条の規定の施行の日前にした同条の規定による改正前の労働基準法の規定に違反する行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before the date on which the provisions of the preceding Article come into effect in violation of the provisions of the Labor Standards Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
