With regard to a disposition by an administrative agency made before this Act comes into effect against which administrative appeals, etc. were permitted to be filed under the provisions prior to the amendment by this Act and for which no period for filing them was specified, the period during which an appeal under the Administrative Complaint Review Act may be filed is counted from the date on which this Act comes into effect.
