With respect to the disability compensation that an employer is to provide pursuant to the provisions of the Labor Standards Act in the case where a worker is injured or becomes ill in the course of employment and a physical disability remains when the injury or illness has healed before this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
