Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)
この省令は、昭和三十二年九月一日から施行する。ただし、両津労働基準監督署に関する改正規定中位置に係る部分は昭和二十九年十一月三日から、大田原労働基準監督署に関する改正規定中位置に係る部分は昭和二十九年十二月一日から、橋本労働基準監督署に関する改正規定中位置に係る部分及び観音寺労働基準監督署に関する改正規定中位置に係る部分は昭和三十年一月一日から、名寄労働基準監督署に関する改正規定中位置に係る部分は昭和三十一年四月一日から、桜井労働基準監督署に関する改正規定中位置に係る部分及び隈府労働基準監督署に関する改正規定中位置に係る部分は昭和三十一年九月一日から、古市労働基準監督署に関する改正規定中位置に係る部分は昭和三十一年九月三十日から、三本木労働基準監督署に関する改正規定中位置に係る部分は昭和三十一年十月十日から、それぞれ適用する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of September 1, 1957; provided, however, that the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Ryotsu Labor Standards Office applies as of November 3, 1954, the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Otawara Labor Standards Office applies as of December 1, 1954, the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Hashimoto Labor Standards Office and the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Kanonji Labor Standards Office apply as of January 1, 1955, the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Nayoro Labor Standards Office applies as of April 1, 1956, the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Sakurai Labor Standards Office and the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Waifu Labor Standards Office apply as of September 1, 1956, the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Furuichi Labor Standards Office applies as of September 30, 1956, and the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Sanbongi Labor Standards Office applies as of October 10, 1956, respectively.
