Supplementary Provisions, Article 69-3, paragraph (5)
法第百四十一条第一項の規定により読み替えて適用する法第三十六条第三項の厚生労働省令で定める時間は、一箇月について四十五時間及び一年について三百六十時間（法第三十二条の四第一項第二号の対象期間として三箇月を超える期間を定めて同条の規定により労働させる場合にあつては、一箇月について四十二時間及び一年について三百二十時間）とする。
The hours specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 36, paragraph (3) of the Act as applied with the replacement of terms pursuant to the provisions of Article 141, paragraph (1) of the Act are 45 hours per month and 360 hours per year (or, if workers are made to work pursuant to the provisions of Article 32-4 of the Act with a period exceeding three months specified as the applicable period referred to in paragraph (1), item (ii) of that Article, 42 hours per month and 320 hours per year).
