With regard to the revocation of status of residence in cases where, with respect to a seal of verification for landing, etc. (meaning a seal of verification for landing, etc. provided for in Article 22-4, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by this Act (referred to as the "Former Act" in paragraph (1) of the following Article)) granted before the day on which this Act comes into effect (referred to as the "Effective Date" in the following Article), a fact set forth in item (iii) of the same paragraph is found, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
