第三条中出入国管理及び難民認定法第六十一条の二の二第一項第三号及び第六十一条の二の四第一項第五号の改正規定 出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部を改正する法律（平成十六年法律第七十三号）第二条の規定の施行の日又はこの法律の施行の日のいずれか遅い日
the provisions in Article 3 amending Article 61-2-2, paragraph (1), item (iii) and Article 61-2-4, paragraph (1), item (v) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act: the date on which the provisions of Article 2 of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 73 of 2004) come into effect, or the date on which this Act comes into effect, whichever is later.
