Transitional measures necessary with regard to organs, etc. that are established pursuant to the provisions of laws as of the day before the date on which this Act comes into effect and that, on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect, are to be established pursuant to the provisions of the National Government Organization Act or of Cabinet Orders based on the provisions of the relevant laws as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as "Relevant Cabinet Orders"), and other transitional measures necessary with regard to the enactment, amendment or repeal of Relevant Cabinet Orders incidental to the enforcement of this Act, may be specified by Cabinet Order.
