Supplementary Provisions, Article 3, paragraph (1)
この法律の施行前にされた会社法第三百五条第一項の規定による請求については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to a demand made under the provisions of Article 305, paragraph (1) of the Companies Act before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
