Supplementary Provisions, Article 6
第六条
For the purpose of applying the provisions listed in the left-hand column of the following table, a case in which guidance to take improvement measures was received from a regional immigration bureau before the Effective Date pursuant to the provisions listed in the right-hand column of that table is deemed to be a case in which guidance to take improvement measures was received from a regional immigration bureau pursuant to the provisions listed in the left-hand column of that table.

次の表の上欄に掲げる規定の適用については、施行日前に同表の下欄に掲げる規定により改善措置を講ずるよう地方入国管理局から指導を受けた場合は、同表の上欄に掲げる規定により改善措置を講ずるよう地方入国管理局から指導を受けた場合とみなす。
