Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ministerial Order to Provide for Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act under Article 2
第三条（第二条の規定による出入国管理及び難民認定法第七条第一項第二号の基準を定める省令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With respect to the criteria under Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") pertaining to the issuance of a certificate under Article 7-2 of the Act applied for before the date on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に申請された出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「法」という。）第七条の二の規定による証明書の交付に係る法第七条第一項第二号の基準については、なお従前の例による。
