第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Businesses and Improving the Working Conditions of Dispatched Workers, etc. comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 amending, in the table, items (xi) and (xviii) of the right-hand column of the entry for the activities listed in item (i), (a) of the right-hand column under "Technical Intern Training" of the Appended Table I (2) of the Act; item (xvi) of the right-hand column of the entry for the activities listed in item (i), (b) of the right-hand column under "Technical Intern Training" of the Appended Table I (2) of the Act; and item (x) of the right-hand column of the entry for the activities listed in the right-hand column under "Trainee" of the Appended Table I (4) of the Act come into effect as of July 9, 2012.
この省令は、労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日から施行する。ただし、第二条中表法別表第一の二の表の技能実習の項の下欄第一号イに掲げる活動の項下欄第十一号及び第十八号並びに表法別表第一の二の表の技能実習の項の下欄第一号ロに掲げる活動の項下欄第十六号並びに表法別表第一の四の表の研修の項の下欄に掲げる活動の項下欄第十号の改正規定は、平成二十四年七月九日から施行する。
