第四条
Of the criteria under Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Act pertaining to persons who were issued a certificate of eligibility or received a visa before the Effective Date (limited to cases falling under any of the items of the preceding Article) and persons who were issued a certificate of eligibility after the Effective Date (limited to cases in which the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of that Article), and who filed the application under Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Act after the Effective Date, with respect to those pertaining to the former status of residence of "Trainee", the provisions then in force continue to govern.
