Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures

With respect to the issuance of a certificate of eligibility prescribed in Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act, the provisions listed in the entry for the activities listed in item (i), (a) of the right-hand column under "Technical Intern Training" of the Appended Table I (2) of the Act or the entry for the activities listed in item (i), (b) of the right-hand column under "Technical Intern Training" of the Appended Table I (2) of the Act in the table of the Ministerial Order to Provide for Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ministerial Order for Criteria") apply even before the date on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date").
