Supplementary Provisions, Article 21Delegation to Cabinet Order
第二十一条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in the supplementary provisions, Article 2 to the preceding Article, Cabinet Order provides for any transitional measures that come to be necessary in connection with the entry into effect of this Act (including transitional measures concerning penal provisions).
附則第二条から前条までに定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関して必要となる経過措置（罰則に関する経過措置を含む。）は、政令で定める。
