Supplementary Provisions, Article 12, paragraph (1)
第一項
With regard to the conditions imposed pursuant to the provisions of Article 61-2-4, paragraph (3) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 2 on a person who received, before the Effective Date, permission under the provisions of Article 61-2-4, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act or permission under the provisions of Article 61-2-4, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 1, and the revocation of that permission, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に入管法第六十一条の二の四第一項の規定による許可又は第一条改正前入管法第六十一条の二の四第一項の規定による許可を受けた者に対して第二条改正前入管法第六十一条の二の四第三項の規定により付された条件及び当該許可の取消しについては、なお従前の例による。
