A person who has failed to notify their place of residence in violation of the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (1), Article 18, paragraph (1), Article 30, paragraph (1) or Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions is punished by a fine of not more than 200,000 yen.
