Supplementary Provisions, Article 39, paragraph (1)
第一項
A person who, on or after the Effective Date, has committed an act falling under any of the following items is punished by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than 200,000 yen:
施行日以後に、次の各号のいずれかに該当する行為をした者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
using a registration certificate in another person's name;
他人名義の登録証明書を行使すること。
providing a registration certificate, or receiving a registration certificate in another person's name, for the purpose of using it.
行使の目的をもって、登録証明書を提供し、又は他人名義の登録証明書を収受すること。
