Supplementary Provisions, Article 37, paragraph (1)
第一項
A person who falls under any of the following items is punished by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than 200,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person who has violated the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) or Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions;
附則第十六条第一項又は第二十九条第一項の規定に違反した者
