Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Principles of Transitional Measures

With regard to an appeal against a disposition or other act, or inaction, of an administrative agency, where it relates to a disposition or other act of an administrative agency taken prior to the enforcement of this Cabinet Order, or to inaction of an administrative agency regarding an application filed prior to the enforcement of this Cabinet Order, the provisions then in force continue to govern, except as otherwise specially provided in these Supplementary Provisions.
