Article 154, paragraph (1)
If an order to commence bankruptcy proceedings or an order to terminate bankruptcy proceedings is issued with regard to a financial instruments exchange, or if the rescission of an order to commence bankruptcy proceedings, or an order to discontinue bankruptcy proceedings, becomes final and binding with regard to a financial instruments exchange, the court clerk must notify the Prime Minister of this.
金融商品取引所について破産手続開始若しくは破産手続終結の決定があつた場合又は破産手続開始の決定の取消し若しくは破産手続廃止の決定が確定した場合には、裁判所書記官は、その旨を内閣総理大臣に通知しなければならない。
