第五条（検討）
The government is to review the provisions of the Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities as amended by this Act around five years after this Act comes into effect, taking into account things such as the status of their enforcement, and, if it finds it necessary, is to take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律による改正後の障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律の規定について、その施行の状況等を勘案しつつ検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
