Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People
第三条（高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 160-2, paragraph (2) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People as amended by Article 3 apply to insurance premiums whose due date (meaning the time limit by which insurance premiums are to be paid or remitted under the provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People or a Prefectural or Municipal Ordinance under that Act, and in the case where it becomes possible to impose insurance premiums after that due date, the day on which it becomes possible to impose those insurance premiums) arrives on or after April 1, 2015.
第三条の規定による改正後の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第百六十条の二第二項の規定は、平成二十七年四月一日以後に納期（高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律又は同法に基づく条例の規定により保険料を納付し、又は納入すべき期限をいい、当該納期後に保険料を課することができることとなった場合にあっては、当該保険料を課することができることとなった日とする。）が到来する保険料について適用する。
