第二十八条
With regard to the estimated young-old subsidy, the estimated young-old payment and the estimated aid for the old-old pertaining to Insurers of employee insurance, etc. for each fiscal year up to and including fiscal year 2016, and the fixed young-old subsidy, the fixed young-old payment and the fixed aid for the old-old pertaining to Insurers of employee insurance, etc. for each fiscal year up to and including fiscal year 2014, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
