第五十一条の六
Notwithstanding Article 120, paragraph (1) of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act and Article 14-9, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act, the amount of the estimated aid for the old-old under the provisions of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act pertaining to Insurers of employee insurance, etc. for fiscal year 2016 is the sum total of the amount equivalent to 6/12 of the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph and the amount equivalent to 6/12 of the amount that would be calculated in that fiscal year pursuant to the provisions of Article 14-9, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Pre-amendment Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act.
平成二十八年度の被用者保険等保険者に係る高齢者医療確保法の規定による概算後期高齢者支援金の額は、高齢者医療確保法第百二十条第一項及び改正後高齢者医療確保法附則第十四条の九第一項の規定にかかわらず、同項の規定により算定される額の十二分の六に相当する額と同年度において改正前高齢者医療確保法附則第十四条の九第一項の規定により算定されることとなる額の十二分の六に相当する額との合計額とする。
