第三十九条
Municipalities are to establish a special account for revenue and expenditure pertaining to the medical care, etc. under the provisions of the Pre-April 2008 Elderly Health Act as to which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 32 of the Supplementary Provisions, for three years after the provisions of Article 7 come into effect.
市町村は、第七条の規定の施行後三年間は、附則第三十二条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされた平成二十年四月改正前老健法の規定による医療等に関する収入及び支出について、特別会計を設けるものとする。
