Supplementary Provisions, Article 32Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Health and Medical Services for the Elderly
第三十二条（老人保健法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to medical care, etc. under the provisions of the Act on Health and Medical Services for the Elderly before the amendment by the provisions of those Articles, pertaining to medical care, provision of drugs or medical treatment, or home-nursing for the elderly, provided before the date on which the provisions of Article 6 or Article 7 come into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, respectively.
第六条又は第七条の規定の施行の日前に行われた診療、薬剤の支給若しくは手当又は老人訪問看護に係るこれらの条の規定による改正前の老人保健法の規定による医療等については、それぞれなお従前の例による。
