第十二条（平成十年度の拠出金の額の変更等）
The Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund under the Act on Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund (Act No. 129 of 1948) must, without delay after the enforcement of this Act, change the amount of the contribution to be paid for fiscal year 1998 in the same manner as under the provisions of Article 59 of the Act on Health and Medical Services for the Elderly (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 81-8 of the National Health Insurance Act), and notify the amount of the contribution after the change.
社会保険診療報酬支払基金法（昭和二十三年法律第百二十九号）による社会保険診療報酬支払基金は、この法律の施行後遅滞なく、老人保健法第五十九条（国民健康保険法第八十一条の八において準用する場合を含む。）の規定の例により、平成十年度に係る納付すべき拠出金の額を変更し、変更後の拠出金の額を通知しなければならない。
