Supplementary Provisions, Article 18, paragraph (1)
第一項
With regard to a business transfer, etc. prescribed in Article 468, paragraph (1) of the former Companies Act, in the case where the agreement for that business transfer, etc. was concluded before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 469 and 470 of the new Companies Act.
施行日前に旧会社法第四百六十八条第一項に規定する事業譲渡等に係る契約が締結された場合におけるその事業譲渡等については、新会社法第四百六十九条及び第四百七十条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
