Supplementary Provisions, Article 17, paragraph (1)
第一項
With regard to a transfer of all or part of the shares or equity interests in a subsidiary company, in the case where the agreement for that transfer was concluded before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 467, paragraph (1) and Article 536, paragraph (1) of the new Companies Act.
施行日前に子会社の株式又は持分の全部又は一部の譲渡に係る契約が締結された場合におけるその譲渡については、新会社法第四百六十七条第一項及び第五百三十六条第一項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
