Supplementary Provisions, Article 19, paragraph (1)
第一項
With regard to the company auditors of a liquidating stock company that came to fall under any of the cases set forth in the items of Article 475 of the former Companies Act before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 478, paragraphs (6) and (7) of the new Companies Act.
施行日前に旧会社法第四百七十五条各号に掲げる場合に該当することとなった清算株式会社の監査役については、新会社法第四百七十八条第六項及び第七項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
