Based on applications from general employers who notified the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, paragraph (1) or paragraph (7), the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may certify those general employers as having implemented initiatives for the promotion of women's active engagement in professional life that are appropriate and conform to other standards specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
厚生労働大臣は、前条第一項又は第七項の規定による届出をした一般事業主からの申請に基づき、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、当該事業主について、女性の職業生活における活躍の推進に関する取組に関し、当該取組の実施の状況が優良なものであることその他の厚生労働省令で定める基準に適合するものである旨の認定を行うことができる。
