When a representative of a corporation, or an agent, employee or any other worker of a corporation or an individual has committed an act in violation of Article 34, Article 36, or the preceding Article with respect to the business of that corporation or individual, in addition to the offender being subject to punishment, that corporation or individual is subject to the fine prescribed in the respective Articles.
