The provisions of Article 8, paragraphs (1) and (7) do not apply to the general employers who obtained approval referred to in the preceding Article (hereinafter referred to as "specially certified general employers").
Specially certified general employers must publicize the status of implementation of initiatives for promotion of women's active engagement in professional life at least once every year pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
特例認定一般事業主は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、毎年少なくとも一回、女性の職業生活における活躍の推進に関する取組の実施の状況を公表しなければならない。
