The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may rescind approval as a general employer referred to in Article 9 if a certified general employer falls under any of the following items:
cases when it is confirmed that a certified general employer no longer conforms to the standards prescribed in Article 9;
第九条に規定する基準に適合しなくなったと認めるとき。
cases in which a certified general employer violates this Act or orders under this Act;
この法律又はこの法律に基づく命令に違反したとき。
