Supplementary Provisions, Article 8
第八条
A person who, before the effective date of the Amending Act, has notified the director of the regional immigration bureau pursuant to the provisions of Article 6-2, paragraph (4), item (ii) or Article 19, paragraph (3), item (ii) of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Ministry of Justice Order No. 54 of 1981) is deemed to be a person who has notified the director of the regional immigration bureau pursuant to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (2), item (i), (a) of the New Regulation.
改正法施行日前に出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則（昭和五十六年法務省令第五十四号）第六条の二第四項第二号又は第十九条第三項第二号の規定により地方入国管理局長に届け出た者は、新規則第十七条第二項第一号イの規定により地方入国管理局長に届け出た者とみなす。
