Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
A special permanent resident who intends to file an application under the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act or an application under the provisions of Article 29, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act may, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (3) of the New Regulation, make the request referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the New Regulation together with those applications.
改正法附則第二十八条第三項の規定による申請又は改正法附則第二十九条第一項の規定による申請をしようとする特別永住者は、新規則第五条第三項の規定にかかわらず、これらの申請に併せて同条第一項の申出をすることができる。
