Article 23Notification under Article 30, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act
第二十三条（改正法附則第三十条第一項の届出）
A notification under the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act (excluding a notification deemed to be a notification under the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act pursuant to the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act) or a notification under the provisions of Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act (excluding a notification deemed to be a notification under the provisions of Article 31, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act pursuant to the provisions of Article 31, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act) must be made by submitting one written notification in Appended Form No. 18.
改正法附則第三十条第一項の規定による届出（同条第三項の規定により同条第一項の規定による届出とみなされる届出を除く。）又は第三十一条第一項の規定による届出（同条第三項の規定により同条第一項の規定による届出とみなされる届出を除く。）は、別記第十八号様式による届出書一通を提出して行わなければならない。
