Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Revision of the Order for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan
第三条（日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to payment of the fee for the issuance of a specified special permanent resident certificate pursuant to the provisions of Article 16-2, paragraph (7) or (9) of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, inter alia, those who have lost Japanese Nationality pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan on the basis of an application under the provisions of Article 16-2, paragraph (2) of that Act made before the date on which this Cabinet Order comes into effect (excluding an application made by a special permanent resident who has been issued a specified special permanent resident certificate) or a request under the provisions of Article 16-2, paragraph (4) of that Act made together with that application, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part pertaining to item (ii)) of the Order for Enforcement of the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan as amended by the provisions of Article 2.
この政令の施行の日前にされた日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法第十六条の二第二項の規定による申請（特定特別永住者証明書の交付を受けた特別永住者が行うものを除く。）又は当該申請に併せてされた同条第四項の規定による申出に基づく同条第七項又は第九項の規定による特定特別永住者証明書の交付に係る手数料の納付については、第二条の規定による改正後の日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法施行令附則第三条（第二号に係る部分に限る。）の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
