第七条
When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare intends to specify the standards specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as prescribed in Article 47-2, paragraph (2), Article 47-3, paragraph (5), Article 59-2, paragraph (2) and Article 59-3, paragraph (5) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 4 (excluding the amending provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions) (hereinafter referred to as the "item (iv) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act"), the standards specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as prescribed in Article 85-5, paragraph (3) of the item (iv) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act (limited to the part concerning the handling of Designated Registered Facility Long-Term Care Support prescribed in Article 47-2, paragraph (1) of the item (iv) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act), and the standards specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as prescribed in Article 115-31-4, paragraph (3) of the item (iv) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act (limited to the part concerning the handling of Designated Registered Facility Preventive Long-Term Care Support prescribed in Article 59-2, paragraph (1) of the item (iv) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act), the Minister may hear the opinion of the Social Security Council even before the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions (hereinafter referred to as the "item (iv) Effective Date").
