第六条
The Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund under the Act on Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund (Act No. 129 of 1948) (referred to as the "Payment Fund" in Article 21, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions) must, without delay after the enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions, change the amount of the Levy for Support of Long-Term Care Benefit Expenses and Community Support Projects (referred to as the "Levy" in the following paragraph) under the provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act pertaining to each insurer of employee insurance, etc. and the Association as the Insurer of Specially-Insured Day Laborers' Insurance for fiscal year 2017, and notify the amount after the change.
社会保険診療報酬支払基金法（昭和二十三年法律第百二十九号）による社会保険診療報酬支払基金（附則第二十一条第一項において「支払基金」という。）は、附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行後遅滞なく、平成二十九年度における各被用者保険等保険者及び日雇特例被保険者の保険の保険者としての協会に係る介護保険法の規定による介護給付費・地域支援事業支援納付金（次項において「納付金」という。）の額を変更し、当該変更後の額を通知しなければならない。
