第五十四条（介護保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the estimated Levy pertaining to Municipalities for each fiscal year up to and including fiscal year 2017 and the fixed Levy pertaining to Municipalities for each fiscal year up to and including fiscal year 2015, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成二十九年度以前の各年度の市町村に係る概算納付金及び平成二十七年度以前の各年度の市町村に係る確定納付金については、なお従前の例による。
