第五十二条の四
The Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund under the Act on Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund must, without delay after the enforcement of the provisions prescribed in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions, change the amount of the Levy under the provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act pertaining to each medical insurer for fiscal year 2016 (referred to as the "Levy" in the following paragraph) and notify the amount after the change.
The provisions of Article 155, paragraph (3) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act as Amended apply mutatis mutandis to the case where the amount of the Levy has been changed pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
改正後介護保険法第百五十五条第三項の規定は、前項の規定により納付金の額の変更がされた場合について準用する。
