第五十二条の五
In the case of Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Arrangement, etc. of Related Acts to Promote Comprehensive Securing of Medical and Long-Term Care in Communities (Act No. 83 of 2014), from the item (v) Effective Date until the date specified by the Municipal Ordinance under that paragraph of the specified Municipality concerned prescribed in that paragraph, with regard to the Community Support Projects under the provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act conducted by said specified Municipality, the phrase "Amount Subject to Medical Insurance Premium Payment for Comprehensive Project for Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support" in Article 11, paragraph (2) and Article 12, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act as Amended is deemed to be replaced with "Amount Subject to Medical Insurance Premium Payment for Project for Prevention of Long-Term Care, etc.".
地域における医療及び介護の総合的な確保を推進するための関係法律の整備等に関する法律（平成二十六年法律第八十三号）附則第十四条第一項の場合にあっては、第五号施行日から同項に規定する当該特定市町村の同項の条例で定める日までの間は、当該特定市町村が行う介護保険法の規定による地域支援事業については、改正後介護保険法附則第十一条第二項及び第十二条第二項中「介護予防・日常生活支援総合事業医療保険納付対象額」とあるのは、「介護予防等事業医療保険納付対象額」とする。
